60-day money-back guarantee campaign rules!

If you buy a KitchenAid blender between 22.01.2024 to 30.04.2024, we offer you a money-back guarantee within 60 days if the product is not suitable.

The campaign applies to products purchased from www.kitchen.eu online store during the campaign period.

The product codes covered by the warranty are: 5KSB6061X, 5KSB8270X, 5KSB4026X, 5KSB1325X and 5KSB1320X. Discounted blender accessories sets are not included in the promotion.
The customer has the right to a 60-day trial period of the product and, if they are not satisfied with the product, to return it within 60 days from the moment of purchase.

To return the product, you must:

• Send a relevant e-mail to the seller (KitchenAid importer e-store customer service: info@kitchen.ee) with a copy of the purchase document (must contain the date of purchase, seller's details, product details and price) and confirmation of payment and your details (name, phone, e-mail, bank account no).
• You will then be contacted to arrange the return of the products. Products must be returned at the customer's expense within 10 days.
• Our after-sales service will review the product(s), and then refund your purchase amount. To get a refund, confirmation from the after-sales service regarding the use of the product in accordance with the instructions is required (the product does not show obvious usage errors and resulting product damage).
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and clean.
• The money will be refunded to you within 30 days.
