Items can be purchased from the online store by selecting the correct color and adding the product to the cart. Items cannot be purchased if they are marked as “out of stock.” If you are interested in a product that is currently unavailable, we recommend contacting us via email at info@kitchen.ee or by phone at +372 5550 9561 for information on availability or to place a custom order.

Product prices and availability are subject to change. Buyers are subject to the prices in effect at the time of placing the order. If fulfilling an order is not possible, the online store will contact the buyer and issue a refund. The online store reserves the right to withdraw from the transaction if a product's price is incorrectly displayed (technical error, human error, etc.). In such cases, the payment will be refunded to the buyer.
If the buyer has a valid voucher or discount code, they should start the purchase by going to “Add to Cart” and entering the discount code in the “Coupon” field, then clicking “OK.” The system will display the new discounted price. Discount codes and vouchers are not valid for discounted items.
The buyer selects the delivery method and location (DPD, Smartpost, Venipak Courier).
Payment can be made through bank links, card payment, or bank transfer. If payment is not made within one business day, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
The online store’s payment partner (for bank and card payments) is Maksekeskus AS.
Payment is also possible via Liisi and kitchen.ee installment payment options.
Payment can also be made to the courier using the “Pay on Delivery” (COD) option. After entering the order and personal information on our website, select the delivery method as Courier and the payment method as “Pay on Delivery.” A confirmation email will be sent with the exact amount to be paid to the courier upon delivery. The courier will deliver the product, and you pay the courier the amount indicated on the confirmation.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The seller is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect data entry.
Products are delivered within 2-6 business days.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by notifying the online store. The returned product must be complete, in its original packaging, and unused. The buyer returns the product and covers transportation costs. Returns should be sent to “Home Decor” warehouse, Läike tee 18, Peetri; phone: +372 5556 0439. To return a product, please send an email to info@kitchen.ee, including details such as the returned item, invoice number, and bank account number for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Home Decor is responsible for product non-compliance and defects that appear within two years from the date of purchase. Consumers have a two-year period to submit complaints. Some products have an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer, which will be noted on the product page if applicable. During this period, if a complaint is justified, the buyer is entitled to free repair. Home Decor is not responsible for defects caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. The buyer must provide purchase documentation to verify the purchase date and origin from Home Decor OÜ. Complaints about product defects should be sent via email to info@kitchen.ee.
For products requiring after-sales service or maintenance, you may bring them to the Home Decor OÜ warehouse at Läike tee 18, Peetri, Harju County 75312. Product handover arrangements should be made in advance by phone: +372 5550 9561 or email: info@kitchen.ee.
